Am I eligible for Travel+Leisure Club?

Travel+Leisure Club is available to all current and former police officers, firefighters, medical and military personnel. GETO customers who successfully registered and created accounts prior to December 31, 2015 are also eligible to use Travel+Leisure Club.

Can you tell me more about the new Travel+Leisure Club Program?

The Travel+Leisure Club is built around the idea that our members deserve the best, and it has been enhanced to provide more great travel benefits. In addition to access to discounts on Resorts, Car Rentals and Hotels, the new club provides access to discounts on Cruises and Air all in one club. Enroll in the new Travel+Leisure Club program with a free standard membership to enjoy all the benefits.*

I am currently a Premium member, does my membership transfer to the new program?

Yes, as a Premium member, you are automatically part of the new Travel+Leisure Club program and can enjoy the new benefits. All you need to do is signup on the website to access your member benefits.

Can you tell me more about your cruise program?

Travel+Leisure Club members have access to thousands of cruise vacations on many of the leading cruise lines.

With so many vacation options from hotel to resorts to cruise, there are so many ways to vacation with Travel+Leisure Club. The website is updated throughout the day, please continue to check back to see if your desired date and location becomes available.

What are Resort Vacation Certificates (RVCs)?

Resort Vacation Certificates (RVCs) are travel certificates, which are redeemable for a 7-night stay at one of our affiliated resorts. RVC inventory is designed to be used for off-peak/off-season travel, although accommodations may be available throughout the year. Peak seasons can vary according to destination. Certificate(s) expire 365 days from date of purchase (or as otherwise noted). Additional terms and conditions apply.

How do I purchase or redeem Resort Vacation Certificates available the new Travel+Leisure Club website?

Currently you may redeem any previously purchased Resort Vacation Certificates at https://www.booktandl.com/certificates. Resort Vacation Certificates are not currently available for purchase on the new Travel+Leisure Club website. The ability to purchase Resort Vacation Certificates will be coming soon. Please call customer service at 1-866-684-4432 for further questions about Resort Vacation Certificates.

What is your cancellation policy?

RESORTS
  • If a booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the reservation grand total.
  • If a booking is cancelled between 15 and 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the reservation subtotal.
  • If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no refund made.
HOTEL, CAR, AIRFARE and CRUISE
  • The fees assessed by Travel+Leisure Club and the third party travel provider as a result of a cancellation or change are set forth on the Booking Confirmation and apply to all transactions purchased through Travel+Leisure Club.
  • Each third party travel provider has specific cancellation policies and penalties separate and apart from Travel+Leisure Club. Travel provider policies may treat name changes and departure date changes as cancellations.
  • In the event Member must cancel any travel booking, please contact Travel+Leisure Club customer service immediately at 866-684-4432, or in writing at the following address: booktandl.com Attn: Cancellations 9998 N. Michigan Rd. Carmel, IN 46032
  • Cancellations will be effective as of the date of receipt of the request by Travel+Leisure Club (“Cancellation Date”). It is Members’ responsibility to ensure cancellation requests are properly received by booktandl.com Refunds may take up to eight (8) weeks from the Cancellation Date.
  • If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product or date., and the travel provider as a result of a cancellation or change are set forth on the Booking Confirmation and apply to all transactions purchased through Travel+Leisure Club.
Resort Vacation Certificate (RVC):
  • RVCs are not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for refund, except as required by law.

Do the resorts accommodate special needs?

Can I take non-eligible travel companions?

Yes. As long as you are an eligible Travel+Leisure Club member, and the reservation is in your name, your companions may accompany you provided that you do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed for your reservation. Depending upon the resort, you may even be permitted to book multiple units at the same time and location so long as you are also traveling.

Do you offer all-inclusive resorts?

Yes, we do. You can find them in the Resort Store on the new booktandl.com site. How far in advance do I have to make a reservation to ensure there is availability? Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so a location may be available in the morning, but gone by afternoon. If all available units have been reserved, please contact a Vacation Guide who will assist you with finding an alternative location or available date.

How long is my membership?

Standard memberships never expire**
Premium memberships purchased before September 30, 2020 expire September 30, 2023
Premium subscription memberships purchased after September 28, 2020 expire depending on the duration you pay for membership (either monthly or a one-time annual payment)

What is the Subscription Membership fee price?

Travel+Leisure Club Premium subscriptions willbe available for a monthly membership at $10/month or a one-time yearly fee of $100. At any time during your Standard membership, you will be able to purchase a Premium subscription membership to Travel+Leisure Club.

If I cancel my subscription but have bookings with future dates, can I still keep my booking?

Yes any travel booked while you have an active subscription can still be taken even if that booking takes place after your subscription has expired.

*Standard members get up to 25% off of hotels, car rentals and activities. Resort bookings starting at $379. Premium members get up to 60% off of hotels, car rentals and activities. Resort bookings starting at $369. Cruises only available for booking with a premium membership.
