WHAT IS THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE?

1. The Best Price Guarantee ("Best Price Guarantee") is available to travelers of Endless Vacation Rentals (“EVR”) who have booked vacation rentals through EVR on or after June 2, 2008.
2. If you find a Qualifying Lower Rate in U.S. dollars for the same vacation rental accommodation, same length of stay, same unit type and same travel dates within twenty four (24) hours of your booking, we will provide you with the following per booking:
   • One (1) $50 USD Promo Code, valid for one year, which may be applied toward a qualifying future vacation accommodation booking through EVR; and
   • A refund of the difference between the price you paid for the subject vacation rental through EVR and the Qualifying Lower Rate.

A Qualifying Lower Rate is a lower rate found through EVR or another U.S.-based Web site that satisfies the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by EVR in its sole discretion.

WHEN DOES THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE APPLY?

1. In order to be a Qualifying Lower Rate, the lower rate must be for an identical booking, as described in these Terms and Conditions. All booking details must exactly match the details of the product you booked through EVR, including but not limited to the following: specific carrier or provider of vacation rental accommodation, dates and times of travel or service, and other booking details.
2. For any product purchased through EVR (excluding Last Minute Vacations(SM)), a Qualifying Lower Rate must be a rate for a standalone product. For example, for a booking made through EVR, a Qualifying Lower Rate shall not include the accommodation portion of a Flight + Accommodation vacation, or the accommodation portion of a vacation package on any other U.S.-based Web site.
3. Qualifying Lower Rates do not include rates on Web sites where the property, vacation rental company, itinerary, or similar booking details are opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding. Qualifying Lower Rates do not include errors or mistakes.
4. A Qualifying Lower Rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based Web site. Qualifying Lower Rates shall not include corporate discounts or rates, group rates, club member rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, or prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public. A Qualifying Lower Rate may not come from a Web site which requires you to call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. The Qualifying Lower Rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters).
5. In order to be a Qualifying Lower Rate, EVR must be satisfied that you meet all requirements otherwise imposed on the lower price, including residency, age-related, etc.
6. The Best Price Guarantee applies to the total cost of the standalone rental accommodation (including taxes, booking fees and other hidden costs). EVR never charges a booking fee on any of the properties covered by the Best Price Guarantee. For example, with respect to an accommodation booked through EVR, the Best Price Guarantee applies to the total cost of vacation rental accommodation in comparison to the total cost of the alleged lower price including any booking fees and taxes associated with that property.

HOW DO I REPORT A LOWER PRICE?

1. You must contact us by submitting the Required Form through EVRentals.com within twenty-four (24) hours of completing your booking through EVR to determine if you are eligible to receive the benefits of the Best Price Guarantee. To be a Qualifying Lower Rate, the lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by EVR. You must complete the submission form which includes the following information: First name, Last name, complete address, phone number, email, current EVR confirmation number (corresponding to the price in question) URL where lower price was located and the total price found (including all taxes and fees). EVR will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price.
2. All lower price submissions, including any required documentation (see Required Form), are subject to EVR’s verification. EVR decisions are final and not subject to appeal or reconsideration. By submitting a Best Price Guarantee request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by EVR’s decisions. EVR will not grant any Best Price Guarantee request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.
3. We will verify or deny your claim within five (5) business days of submission. If your claim is verified, you will receive, within 10 business days, a $50 USD Promo Code, valid for one year, which may be applied toward a qualified future booking through EVR and a refund for the price difference within 45 days. The refund for the price difference will be in the form of a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your trip.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Limit: Each customer shall be limited to a total of five (5) Best Price Guarantee claims per calendar year, regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer.
2. Promo Code Terms: Each booking that is verified to be entitled to the Best Price Guarantee shall be limited to one (1) $50 USD Promo Code, valid for one year, which may be applied toward any qualifying future booking through EVR. The Promo Code shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance, and shall not be replaced if lost, stolen, etc. The Promo Code may be redeemed only once and has no cash value. You may not post the Promo Code on the Internet or any public forum, or sell, forward or transfer the Promo Code to any other person. If you violate these Promo Code Terms, EVR reserves all of the rights and remedies available to it, including the right to void the Promo Code, to charge your credit card for the amount of any voidable Promo Code used by you, not to exceed $50 USD, and all other remedies available to EVR. Use of the Promo Code is subject to EVR’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3. EVR reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee. EVR’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms contained in the EVRentals.com Terms and Conditions are incorporated and also made a part of these Terms and Conditions.
