- Restriction for Mayan Group Owners: Must deposit an ownership week (includes other resorts) to confirm a unit in the resort of your group. The beach club is located across the street, which also has a restaurant and pool.Restriction for Mayan Group Owners: Mayan owners cannot confirm back into a Mayan resort using Bonus weeks nor extra vacations.
- Restriction: Only one Mayan resort can be confirmed in a 5 year period; This rule will be waived for 2013 travel dates only.Maximum 2 concurrent or multiple units are allowed to be confirmed, and the second unit requires a guest certificate. However, the guest certificate is not required if the owner or co-owner of the membership is travelling.
- Confirmations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date.Guests at the Mayan Sea Garden Acapulco are not allowed to use the pools, beach and water parks of the Mayan Palace and The Grand Mayan.
