YOU MUST CALL THE RESORT IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN FRIDAY AT 4 PM. From San Diego Airport (8 miles away), take I-5 north and take the La Jolla Prkwy exit. Follow La Jolla Prkwy west (it will become Torrey Pines Road). Turn right on Prospect. Go through town to La Jolla Blvd and turn right. Continue one block and turn left on Coast Blvd. The resort will be the fifth building on the left. From Los Angeles, take I-5 south to La Jolla Village Drive and exit. Go west and turn left on Torrey Pines Road. Follow the same directions as given above from Girard to the resort.
