From Boston, take Rte 3 South to Cape Cod. Cross Sagamore Bridge onto Rte 6. Take Exit 2, bear right off exit onto Rte 130. Follow 130 for 9 1/2 miles. At the end, turn right onto Rte 28 - follow to Rotary. Take the 4th exit out of rotary onto Great Neck South. **Follow for 3 miles (go past New Seabury), bear left onto Great Oak Rd. Entrance is on the left - Sipps Rd. FROM NEW YORK CITY: take I-95 north to Providence, RI to Rte 195 east to 25 South to Cape Cod. Cross over Bourne Bridge. Follow Rte 28 south to exit for Rte 151. Take a right off exit ramp and follow 151 to Mashpee Rotary. Take the 2nd exit out of rotary onto GreatNeck South. (**See directions above).
