The Aspen Townhomes property is small, peaceful, quiet, and laid back, with a view of the mountains. This is not your typical fancy resort, as there are no planned activities on-site and no lifeguard at the pool. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Check-in is on Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM. Please contact the resort in advance if you will be arriving outside these hours, as there is no night staff on-site. You must present confirmation, with a valid driver's license, and credit card, at check-in. There is no smoking or pets allowed except for service animals, and there is a US $250.00 fine for violations. Office hours are Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday from 9 AM-7 PM. The office is closed Sunday and Monday.

Logan International Airport, about 60 miles away in Billings, is the nearest major commercial airport. From the airport, take I-90 west to the second Laurel exit (#434), then take 212 West/310 South to Red Lodge. Turn right on Highway 78 and go one mile. Turn right on Country Club Drive, take the second left turning into the resort's parking lot. Check-in is at the office, on the corner of the building. The Cody, WY airport is also approximately 60 miles from the resort. No public transportation is offered to the resort.
