Set on 35 acres in the Scottish countryside, the resort provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area or stay at the resort to enjoy breathtaking scenery. The resort has an onsite restaurant, bar swimming pool, indoor games facilities for snooker and table tennis, facilities for badminton/squash, changing rooms, steam room, sauna, individual treatment rooms and poolside showers , spa services, and mid-week aerobic and martial arts classes for a fee. Moness also offers a 9 hole mini putting green open throughout the summer months.

The historic Hotel, originally a hunting lodge, dates back to 1758. Re-opened in 2008, Moness has been restored to offer a tranquil respite from every day life. Moness House Hotel & Country Club offer two types of accommodation for your stay in Aberfeldy, hotel rooms or holiday cottages, all with modern conveniences. Luxury one, two and three bedroom self-catering cottages are set in the beautiful Perthshire countryside, many with views overlooking the magnificent Aberfeldy Hills.  Cottages are fully furnished and well-equipped.
