Located on Little Bay Beach, the Belair Beach Hotel is an all-suite oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. The hotel is home to the Gingerbread Café, located on the beach, and has an on-site convenience store called Jody’s Place. Amenities also include: complimentary beach towels, chaise lounges and umbrellas, complimentary wine & cheese party, babysitting service, laundromat, video rental, book exchange, car rental, activity desk. Additionally the resort has an oceanfront fresh water swimming pool and tennis court.

The Belair Beach Hotel houses 1 to 2 bedroom units that will sleep 4 to 6 people. The one bedroom suite has 1 bathroom and a queen size bed. The 2 bedroom suites (the master has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed) have 2 bathrooms and a couch in the living room that opens into a queen size bed as well as its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea. All suites are air-conditioned and feature a living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Units also offer satellite TV, safe deposit boxes, and grooming necessities.
