Each unit is a self-contained Polynesian-style villa offering ceiling fans, cable television with DVD, and full kitchen. Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. 2-bedroom units sleep up to six guests in a queen bed, 2 single beds, and 1 double sleep sofa. 3-bedroom units for up to 8 guests provide a queen bed, 2 singles, 2 bunk beds, a double sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms.

The Pacific Palms resort is set on a hill with beautiful Elizabeth Beach just five minutes' walk away on one side and tranquil Wallis Lake only ten minutes on the other side. Booti Booti National Park covers a lot of the surrounding area, ensuring that the region will maintain its natural beauty. A short 15-minute drive leads to Forster/Tuncurry, where there are many restaurants, clubs, cafes, and shops.
