  • The standard check-in day is on a Saturday when the office is open between 4pm and 10pm.Upon arrival, go to the main doors where you will see an intercom, using the arrows select Club Le Bristol and press the button. Only some of the apartments at Le Bristol are Timeshare Apartments with the others apartments being Private residence apartments and therefore the front doors remain locked.
  • The office is now situated on the ground floor next to reception. Should you be arriving outside of these hours you must notify Resort Solutions by either telephoning the office on +44 (0) 1858 431160 or email admin@resort-solutions.co.uk in advance so we can provide you with details of how to get your key as you will need a code.
  • A complimentary mid-week towel change can be offered on request however should you require an additional cleaning service this can be arranged for an additional charge of €15,00. Should you require additional towels or linen this can be arranged for an additional charge of €5. Pool towels are available to hire at €3 per week.
  • In weeks 26 and 35, resort is open, but all facilities and activities in Isola 2000 are closed. No restaurant, no bus, no activities. Only one supermarket open with limited hours.
  • Fees charged for some utilities.
  • Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
