Dunas Club

The Dunas Club lies at an ideal location, close to the heart of town but removed from the bustle; it’s both close to a sandy beach and the harbor. Public transportation is nearby, but the resort is within easy walking distance of Corralejo’s numerous bars, shops, and restaurants. The setting of this well-equipped resort is a pleasant one, allowing vacationers to enjoy the spacious outdoor pool (while children use their own, which is heated during the winter months). Other resort amenities include a highly regarded restaurant, a snack bar, racquetball courts, pool table, a laundry room, a workout room, and the convenience of on site auto rental.

The resort town of Corralejo sits at the northern tip of Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands, a Spanish possession off the northwest coast of Africa. The island has beautiful weather throughout the year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 63? F. and generally above 82? F. during the day; constant sea breezes keep the island from ever becoming uncomfortable. Corralejo, covers an area of about two square miles. While it remains a fishing village at heart, the town also caters to vacationers drawn to water-centric activities such as boating, sailing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, and especially windsurfing. Many fine restaurants can be also found in the village.
