Il Poggio

This rustic resort set in the hilly countryside includes plenty to do right on-site. There are two pools (including a children's pool), horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis and a playground. Il Poggio offers a restaurant, snack bar and a little shop where guests may buy groceries when in the mood for staying in and preparing an authentic Italian dinner at 'home'in your condominium.

Il Poggio is an ideal resort from which to explore the many villages of Tuscany. 'Agriturismo'simply means that the resort is located on the grounds of a working farm. The beautiful countryside includes a lake for swimming and fishing just a few miles away. A spa with mud bath and thermal pools is located nearby and many delightful restaurants may be found throughout the area. Golfers will find golf facilities about 22 miles from the resort. For convenience, groceries, medical and laundry facilities are all available close by.
