"Providing you with a comfortable home away from home, Jamaican on the Gulf offers a great location overlooking a stretch of white-sand beach lined with palms. Here you'll find exceptional deep-sea fishing, as well as many other water activities. Take one of the daily casino cruises or parasail over the Gulf of Mexico. On shore, tennis and golf facilities are only two miles away. Area attractions include the Salvador Dali Museum, Great Explorations-"Hands On" Museum, Fort DeSoto Park, St. Petersburg Pier, Busch Gardens, the Ringling Museum Complex, and seasonal dog racing and jai alai."

The nearest major airport is approximately 22 miles away in Tampa. From the airport, take I-275 south to St. Petersburg, exit at 5th Avenue North (exit 23B). Go right (West) to 66th St., turn left (South) to Central Ave., turn right (West) on Central Ave. Follow Central until it ends at Gulf Blvd., turn right and resort is 1/4 mile on the left (11660 Gulf Blvd.) FROM THE SOUTH, take I-275 to Pinellas Bay way exit 17. Turn left (West) on the Pinellas Bayway through a toll area, until it ends at Gulf Blvd. (Done Cesar Hotel), turn right (North), follow signs to Treasure Island. After crossing Central Ave. resort is 1/4 mile on the left (11660 Gulf Blvd.)

Many excellent clubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The Gulf Coast offers opportunities for any number of water activities. Be sure to visit John's Pass Village and Tampa's Busch Gardens.
