Sunburst Condominiums

In addition to on-site amenities, such as a whirlpool and sauna, Sunburst Condominiums offers an ideal location less than a mile from the ski slopes of Steamboat Springs. The mountain offers more than 100 trails and 20 lifts. In summer, more than one million acres of wilderness await in Routt National Forest, an ideal location for horseback riding, hiking, and fishing. Boating enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, and waterskiing at Stagecoach Reservoir, 17 miles away.

The Sunburst Condominiums present roomy condominium living with full kitchens, including dishwashers and microwaves, air conditioning, washer and dryers and a cozy fireplace in each unit. There are one-bedroom units that sleep four and some that sleep six. Two-bedroom units can accommodate six or eight persons comfortably.

Steamboat Springs was originally named by the fur trappers who visited the area in the late 1800s. They heard the bubbling local hot springs and said it sounded like a steamboat coming down the Yampa River. Today the Old Town Hot Springs and Strawberry Park Hot Springs offer a comfortable spot to relax after a fun-filled day of activities. In fact, the Old Town Hot Springs provides a full pool experience, complete with a slide for the children.
