From either the USA border or Tijuana, follow the signs marked 'Rosarito Ensenada
1-D Scenic Road' (Toll/Cuota Highway). This will allow you to bypass Tijuana. La Paloma
is approximately 30 minutes south, which includes a toll payment (US currency is accepted).
To avoid the traffic of Rosarito Beach, use the 5th 'Rosarito' exit, which is the
last city exit. La Paloma is immediately to the right. If you reach the next toll
booth, you have gone too far.
