- Travel to Mayan resorts is only permitted once every five years (except for travel dates in 2012 and 2013). Maximum 2 units concurrent / multiple are allowed to be confirmed, and the second unit requires a guest certificate. However, the guest certificate is not required if the owner or co-owner of the membership is travelling.
- Restriction for Mayan Group Owners: Must deposit an ownership week (includes other resorts) to confirm a unit in the resort of your group. Mayan owners cannot confirm back into a Mayan resort using Bonus weeks nor extra vacations. Confirmations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date.
