A small city with big-city conveniences, Salt Lake City is the proud home of the NBA's
Utah Jazz and a former host of the Winter Olympics. What this means for visitors is
that there's plenty to see and do within the city limits, such as exploring Temple
Square and the Museum of Church History and Art, catching a basketball game, enjoying
a nice meal or shopping for a special souvenir at The Gateway Mall.
What this also means to visitors is that, outside the city limits, outdoor adventure
is just minutes away. And this four-season playground has plenty of wilderness action
to offer.
During the colder months, thrill-seekers have quick access to the Wasatch Mountains'
seven stellar ski resorts. Some say the snow is especially light and oh-so-perfect
because storms pull moisture from the nearby Salt Lake and deposit on the mountains
for everyone to enjoy.
As summer months approach, Salt Lake City vacation activities switch gears to mountain
biking, hiking, golfing, camping and river canoeing. Boating and sailing on the Great
Salt Lake is also possible year-round, because the lake never freezes.
In any season, your Endless Vacation Rentals accommodations will afford you the space
to stretch out, stow your gear and enjoy the amazing views.
